Research interests: Very early universe cosmology, mainly inflation and dynamics of primordial cosmological fluctuations. Late universe cosmology, in particular modifications of Einstein general relativity aimed to explain dark energy.
I got my PhD at Sissa, Trieste. After postdocs in Bonn, Oxford, and Heidelberg I joined ICG, Portsmouth in 2010, as an STFC advanced fellow and proleptic senior lecturer.Grants: STFC Advanced Fellowship
Postgraduate students supervised: Currently Matthew Hull. Previously Jon Emery.
Teaching responsibilities: I teach the PhD course on theoretical cosmology. I am responsible for organizing PhD courses at ICG, and for managing visits of external students at our institute.
