Astronomy on Tap – Portsmouth, UK returns with a fun filled evening on Supernova! Come and join us from 7.15pm on 28th February at the Kings Pub, Albert Road, Southsea. We have talks by two scientists:
Dr Chris Frohmaier: Explosions in the Sky; The Science of Supernovae
Dr Ed Macaulay: The Deaths of Stars and Dark Energy
Doors are open from 7.15pm with the first talk starting at 7.30pm. There will be a quiz with space-themed prizes to be won, and many astronomers to meet and to chat about the answers to all your burning questions!
This event is for ages 16+ (alcohol only served to 18+) and entry is free.
