How do I add news items to the ICG website?

To add your own ICG news items such as press releases to the ICG website, you have to simply follow these instructions:

  1. Log into our WordPress site via this LINK and by using the account name and password that was assigned to you (may differ from the University one)
  2. In the dashboard on the left, select Posts->New Post
  3. Fill out the form (i.e. add title and text), make sure that “News” is selected in the Category list on the right & press “Publish” (or “Save as Draft” if it is still work in progress).

Once you PUBLISH the news post, it will be also send as a news announcement to the icg-all mailing list.

Congratulations. You have just made ICG news 🙂
