To topThe University of Portsmouth’s on-line package, which provides the Fire Safety Training and Display Screen Equipment Training, should be completed by all staff members and can be accessed with the following link:
HEALTH & SAFETY ONLINE TRAINING
The username is your University email address (not your login(!)) and the default password is ‘thursday’ (at the time of the creation of this article).
Once you are logged in, you can access the two training segments on Fire Safety and Display Screen Equipment.
Equality and Diversity
To topTo get access to the mandatory online courses, send an email to the email address listed on the official website.
You will then get an account on the LearnUpon website where you can then access the online course which consist of slides followed by a little exam at the end that needs to be passed.
Information Governance
To topThe university provides an online module that can be used to learn everything you have to know about dealing with (sensitive) information at the university. You can log in using the link below:
IG MOODLE TRAINING
As the username and password you simply use the same login credentials that were assigned to you for the other University services (e.g. mail, workstation access, etc.).
Once you are logged in, you can access the various multimedia courses. Each of the four sections end with a short quiz to test your progress.
You can check this progress, by selecting the ‘grade’ menu item on the right:
