Title: Quantumness of cosmological perturbations
Abstract: The statistical properties of the CMB anisotropies, reflecting the curvature inhomogeneities in the very early Universe, are very well accounted for by assuming that the inhomogeneities come from amplified vacuum fluctuations; they have a quantum origin. I will review the long-standing discussions on the possibility of proving this origin and the current nature, classical or quantum, of the perturbations, with particular emphasises on the latest quantum information approaches.
